SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Vermilion team! We’re seeking an Associate with strong expertise and practical transactional or operational experience in areas including sourcing, target assessment, valuation, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company monitoring and management. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a high performer who embraces a long-term perspective on value creation, beneficial impact investing, building and sustaining a generational portfolio and aligns with Vermilion’s values.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, purpose-driven investment professional with demonstrated interest in private equity, direct investing and/or corporate development. This person will be a highly motivated team player who embraces a long-term perspective on value creation and prioritizes the beneficial impact that businesses can have. They will have demonstrated an ability to build enduring relationships and work with all levels of an organization throughout their career. They will also bring a strong process orientation to their work.
