 How You’ll Contribute

• Gathers, consolidates, and analyzes multiple inputs to develop project proposals including labor and material estimates.
• Consults with Concare sales manager regarding project details.
• Confirms competitiveness of labor and material estimates, monitors consistency of customer pricing.
• Creates accurate, readable, annotated floor plans.
• Prioritizes timely completion of proposals, including delivery/presentation to customer.
• Opportunity to travel to job sites within 200-mile radius of Chicago- see how we serve our customers!

 About YOU!

• Experience in flooring or related construction industry; preferably including as an Estimator for a construction specialty subcontractor.
• Associates degree in a related field of study preferred.
• MS Office Suite experience required including strong Access and Excel experience preferred.
• Estimating software experience preferred and ability to learn our proprietary software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent interpersonal skills.
