About the Position:
Hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor – Heavy Trucks and Equipment – 2nd Shift; this position is responsible for the oversight of 13 bays, 100+ trash trucks, 45 pieces of heavy equipment, Tier 4, paperless shop, and electronic tablets for all mechanics.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or equivalent in related field preferred
• 5+ years prior experience supervising a successful team in a shop environment strongly preferred
• Diesel and heavy equipment maintenance knowledge a plus
• Prior experience with a paperless shop environment a plus
