We are seeking an experienced APM/PM/Super to join the construction department within the property industry. Description Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Address and resolve any project-related issues that may arise. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Support the team in creating and implementing innovative construction solutions.
