Job Description
SUMMARY:
Responsible for participating in all activities related to the development of solutions within our applications architecture; working with other groups to design, document, develop, test, debug and implement solutions within our applications portfolio.
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid - NOT REMOTE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement modifications to purchased applications or custom programs according to specifications and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and IT colleagues to define detailed requirements and system interfaces, assessing the value of vendor-provided software modifications versus custom modules.
- Provide ongoing development support, troubleshoot production issues, and apply business and systems knowledge throughout the process.
- Research and analyze business problems to help improve daily work processes and develop recommended solutions.
- Work independently and within a team environment as a highly motivated developer.

REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise.
- At least four years of hands-on experience developing integrations and using CDI/CAI methodology with various cloud applications.
- Experience with integration tools such as Informatica, Oracle Integration Cloud, or Dell Boomi.
- Experience with languages such as Java, Python, C#, SQL
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, including providing estimates, status updates, and issue escalation.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including technical documentation and testing practices.
- Experience in a production support model, utilizing various logging and debugging methods.
